HELLO, I'M AMBER

I'm a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and I'm passionate about helping people reach their body's optimal potential with proper nutrition & support. 

I have always had a passion for understanding how nutrition builds the body and whole natural foods always just made sense to me.  It also makes sense to me that food should be prepared traditionally for best results.  It has evolved this way over time for a reason. I hope that you haven't gone too far down the road of high-stress and ultra-processed foods like I did to understand what keeps your body balanced and well.  

With my education and personal experience, I can offer you a complete analysis and deliver it to you with compassion and understanding whatever stage you are at in your wellness journey.
  • What is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist?
    Registered Holistic Nutritionists are specialists trained in the field of Natural Nutrition. We understand that each person is biochemically distinct, has unique nutritional needs, and address the interrelationship of body, mind, and spirit specific to the individual. We identify a client’s nutritional and lifestyle imbalances and support the progress of their health goals by creating an individualized wellness plan. It is out of our scope of practice to diagnose or prescribe. We believe that locally grown, organic whole foods and sustainable farming practices are ideal, and emphasize the necessity of living in a non-toxic environment.
  • Are your services covered by insurance?
    Services may be covered; you will need to check with your individual insurance provider and ask if their coverage includes any of the following: • Registered Holistic Nutritionist™ • Registered Holistic Nutritional Consultant™ • Certified Holistic Nutritionist™ • Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant™, or • Holistic Nutrition Counseling/Coaching Some providers offer a Health/Flex Spending Account, which may be applied to holistic nutrition services. You will need to confirm with your insurance provider that my services are covered by your policy. I can issue you a receipt, which you can provide to your insurer for reimbursement.
  • How does the process work?
    We will first meet for a Clarity Call to discuss your goals. If we’re a good match, you can book an Initial Consultation or a Package suited to your needs. I will send you the relevant forms for completion and return prior to our initial consultation. You will then receive a Plan of Action after our meeting with nutritional, supplementation, and lifestyle suggestions.
  • How far in advance should I book?
    It would be ideal to book approximately 1.5-2 weeks in advance of our initial consultation to allow you sufficient time to complete forms and do a one-week food diary. Once everything is submitted, I will thoroughly review your forms prior to our meeting. During our initial meeting we will gauge how many suggestions are feasible for you to implement into your daily life. A follow up meeting a few weeks later is recommended. This will allow you time to implement a few suggestions, see how you feel, and determine if there are any issues. We then deal with more pressing concerns if previous ones have subsided. You will receive further suggestions to implement.
